Mount Pleasant gets into the swing of the season with the return of its farmers market on Tuesday and the sounds of the Southern Flavor Bluegrass Band.
The market, one of the area's largest, will run 3 p.m. until dark Tuesdays until Oct. 19 at the pavilion on the grounds of Moultrie Middle School, 645 Coleman Blvd.
Nineteen farmers and growers will join more than 20 food vendors in offering fresh vegetables, fruits, honey, nuts, beef, baked goods, pickles, peanuts, pasta and much more.
