I ate a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with 1 percent milk with a nice cold iced-coffee.
For lunch I had sushi from Harris Teeter. I got the chef's sampler. It was tuna, salmon and a dragon crunch roll with extra wasabi. I had a Dr. Pepper, too.
I didn't have any snacks the rest of the day.
For dinner I had a porterhouse steak that I marinated in olive oil, salt and pepper and grilled it to medium rare. I had it with a half a baked potato with cheese and butter and some broccoli on the side. I drank two Torpedo beers while cooking and eating. And that was it.
