Chef's Potluck: To raise awareness about local agriculture and its role in sustaining the community, Lowcountry Local First hosts the third annual Chef's Potluck 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the Pavilion at Middleton Place. Chefs from area restaurants will prepare dishes using local produce, meats and seafood. Music, wine, beer, Wholly Cow ice cream, SweetTeeth chocolates and Island Coffee. There will be a silent auction featuring local businesses and a farmers market tent. Participating restaurants include Blossom, Closed for Business, Cru Cafe, Cypress, Duvall Catering & Event Design, Fish, Glass Onion, Middleton Place and Slightly North of Broad. Proceeds will support Lowcountry Local First's Sustainable Agriculture Initiative.
