Euclah Hagley

Euclah Hagley lives in North Charleston.

Every day, I make food, every day. Breakfast, I had saltfish and eggs and grits. Oh, and pork and beans that I’d made. Me and my husband have breakfast every day.

For lunch I had chicken wings.

Dinner, I ate some fruit and some soup I made for my husband. My husband has diabetes. He lost one leg. I don’t have diabetes, but I make everything for him, and then I eat the same thing.
