In the morning, I had a strawberry-banana-pineapple smoothie with coconut almond milk. It had almond butter. It had goji berries, coconut, agave and a Blender Bomb from Hush Up and Hustle.
For lunch, I had sushi with salmon, avocado and shrimp.
At dinner, I had steak, mashed potato and corn. I made that, and I like my steak rare as possible.
A snack before bed I had Cheetos. It was a fairly normal day of eating for me. Although sometimes for lunch I'll have pasta.
