I didn’t even eat breakfast. I try to eat in the morning: Sometimes oatmeal, bacon and eggs, or sometimes grits with bacon and eggs.
But yesterday evening I had red beans and rice and fried chicken. I make it with dried red kidney beans and smoked sausage and steamed rice. It took a couple of hours to make. I cook when I can, at least four to five times a week. And sometimes if I cook on Monday, it will last til Tuesday, and if I cook on Wednesday, it will last til Thursday. So I try to cook for two days.
I only eat dinner. Sometimes I would fast three days without any food. Sometimes I would fast seven days without any food. When I’m seeking God and prayer and consecration, I will turn my plate down.
