So, in the morning, I had two blackberry Greek yogurts, and then two servings of apple cinnamon oatmeal.
I had some water and sparkling water throughout the day. I ate half of a little bag of popcorn. And I had a lemon zest protein bar.
And then, let's see. After work, I had some beer. The U.S. women's soccer team was playing, so I wanted to have some beers while I was watching them. I had our ginger lime sour. Usually when I am brewing, I'll taste a little bit. But I try to actually only drink a couple times a week. If you do it every day at the brewery, you get not as healthy. You get that brewer's belly.
For dinner, I made whole grain pasta with cut-up peppers, peas, onions and olives with like a creamy, Greek yogurt sauce. I always try to eat a meal for lunch and dinner and then some snacks in between. I'm trying to focus more on eating vegetarian and eating more protein. But, it depends on how prepared I am. Like, today, I brought some things for lunch and then I ate all of them and was still hungry, so I went home and got more snacks from my house. It's crazy you're asking, because I was just texting my girlfriend, "I'm so hungry today."
