Joyce Erb lives on Daniel Island.

Beginning with breakfast, I had two lattes and some fresh white peaches with a little bit of granola on top.

For lunch, I just grabbed a cup of blueberry-flavored Greek yogurt.

And for dinner, I had a Caesar salad and a slice of mushroom-and-sausage pizza. That was at Vespa on Daniel Island. To drink, I had a glass of Chardonnay.

Sometimes I grab a handful of almonds during the day, but otherwise, that was it.
