David McClain lives in Mt. Pleasant.

I woke up in the morning and had a nice bowl of Quaker oatmeal with some blueberries on top, fresh glass of orange juice and a couple of cups of coffee.

Then I skipped lunch. The next thing I ate was a big bowl of chili that my wife made in the Crock-Pot. Really tasty. We had that with green salad and those Sister Schubert’s rolls. I had two. I was a little full, but I wiped up the chili with them.

To drink, I had a glass of pinot noir and water. Pretty uneventful, but I was satisfied.
