In the morning, I drank lots of water and decaf Cafe Bustelo. I start my day with grapefruit and banana. Got to keep the plumbing flowing.
Later I ate an omelet with canned oysters. I like to play with colors when preparing food. Preparation is key. In the evening, I had a spinach salad with fried chicken.
And then I had the most decadent late-night snack of a Blue Bunny Vanilla Big Dipper ice cream cone.
