It’s Spoleto week in Charleston, and here is another way to engage the senses in all things Italian: an Umbrian Food and Wine Tasting.

Umbria is a region of Italy and home to the city of Spoleto, which hosts a parallel festival. The two cities have been linked by the arts since the 1970s.

At 4 p.m. Thursday, The Hidden Countship at 21 Burns Lane will host an Umbrian Food and Wine Tasting. At the same time, the shop is celebrating Italian Renaissance painter Luca Signorelli (1450-1523) with the announcement of a multivenue exhibition in Italy, the first time since 1953 that a solo exhibition has been dedicated to the artist.
