Tonya Pinkins, John Cullum to star in Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park series

NEW YORK -- Tony Award winners Tonya Pinkins and John Cullum will be leading the casts at the Public Theater's Shakespeare in the Park series this summer.

Pinkins, who starred in "Jelly's Last Jam" and "Caroline, or Change," will play a brothel madam in "Measure for Measure" and Countess in "All's Well That Ends Well."

Cullum, last seen on Broadway in "The Scottsboro Boys," will play Escalus in "Measure for Measure" and the King of France in "All's Well That Ends Well."

The two plays will be running in repertory June 6-July 30 at the Delacorte Theater in Central Park.
