Master Menu Week 5

The following master menu for a single week was provided by the S.C. Department of Corrections. It is observed in all 27 dining halls in the state's 22 prisons. Close to 3,000 inmates instead receive therapeutic meals, which are designed for a range of health conditions, and another 600 inmates with approved religious or other approved objections to the general menu are served from an alternative menu.
