My Sister's House presents the third annual Bubbly & Brew 6-10 p.m. Thursday at Harborside East in Mount Pleasant. This event will offer food donated by local restaurants including Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Sticky Fingers, The Glass Onion, Raising Cane and Gullah Cuisine as well as champagne, cocktails and beer from local brewers. Wet Willie's will host a Breast Cancer Awareness Party at 8 p.m. Oct. 1 at 209 East Bay St. in downtown Charleston. The event is free. Guests will receive pink embroidered ribbons for every $2 donation to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation and pink beads for every $1 donation to the organization. Wet Willie's also is selling light pink koozies throughout October. For each koozie sold, the company will donate $3 to the Komen Foundation.
