Charleston Southern rebounded from a 12-3 loss in Game 1 of a doubleheader against Georgetown with a 6-2 victory at CSU Ballpark on Saturday.

Nick Berry led the way with a hit, a run and an RBI for the Bucs in Game 1. Jaren Sustar and Walt Quattlebaum each had a hit and a run for the Bucs, who tallied nine hits on the day. Ryan Gunther took the loss, allowing seven runs on seven hits over 3 1/3 innings.

In Game 2, senior pitcher Patrick Dolan gave up two runs on four hits and struck out seven in 5 2/3 innings. Zach Hagaman and Corey Deighan helped the Bucs (1-2) earn their first victory.

Bobby Ison went 4 for 5 to lead the Bucs.
