Billed as a celebration of African-American and Caribbean arts, the 28th annual MOJA Arts Festival continues at 5:30 p.m. today with the Caribbean Street Parade.

The parade begins at Burke High School on President Street and travels west on Fishburne Street, south to Lockwood Boulevard and culminates in Brittlebank Park, where the opening ceremonies start at 6:15 p.m.

The Reggae Block Dance follows from 6:30 to 11 p.m. in Brittlebank Park with live bands, African drummers and dancers, ethnic foods and international crafts. Both events are free.
