Deputies ask for help identifying suspects in fraud case

A store security camera shows two men wanted for questioning in a stolen credit card case in Dorchester County.

Authorities investigating a case of credit card fraud are asking for help in identifying two men photographed by store security cameras.

The men apparently acquired a credit card that was lost on or around Dec. 13 following a purchase at Walgreens at 9998 Dorchester Road in Summerville.

The card was then used at several different locations in Dorchester County, including the Wal-Mart on Dorchester Road in Oakbrook, according to the Dorchester County Sheriff's Office.

Charges on the victim's credit card account totaled approximately $175, deputies said.

Anyone with information about the use of the credit card or the identities of the suspects is asked to contact the Sheriff's Office's Criminal Investigations Division at 843-832-0350, or call CrimeStoppers at 843-554-1111.
