Music and Oysters for Wildlife has a lot to celebrate in year 10

Music and Oysters for Wildlife will celebrate its 10th annual event Saturday at the Sewee Outpost.

The South Eastern Wildlife and Environment Education Association, better known as the SEWEE Association, along with Awendaw Green, will again be holding its annual Music and Oysters for Wildlife event. Oysters are included in the ticket price; proceeds from the sale of other food and beverages will benefit Friends of Coastal South Carolina. In addition to food and drink, the afternoon will be filled with music, including performances by the Lincoln Middle/High School Steel Band, Danielle Howle, Mark Bryan and Occasional Milkshake with Doug Jones, Sun-Dried Vibe and the Red Dog Ramblers. The event will also feature a silent auction. Pets are not permitted.
