Popular game show "The Price is Right" is bringing wheel spinning, cost guessing and giant Plinko to South Carolina.
However, this version won't feature host Drew Carey or be aired on national TV. Instead, "The Price is Right Live" is a traveling stage version with a variety of hosts.
Don't fear though; the prizes are still very real, and the chance to win them will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 7 at the Spartanburg Memorial Auditorium at 385 N. Church Street.
The games will also remain the same, and contestants will have the opportunity to score everything from appliances to vacations to a new car. For those 18 years old and above seeking to be a contestant, registration will take place at the venue three hours before showtime.
Tickets to be a part of the fun, whether you're asked to "come on down" or not, range between $29 and $49 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. They can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com, by phone at 800-745-3000 or in person at the auditorium box office.
