A senior executive is exiting Daniel Island-based software maker Blackbaud Inc.
Joe Moye notified the technology company on Jan. 7 that he is stepping down as president of the enterprise customer business unit effective Jan. 30 for “personal reasons.”
Blackbaud disclosed his resignation in a filing Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Moye will remain an employee of the company until March 15 in a transitional capacity.
Blackbaud said it plans to conduct a search for a replacement. Until then, Moye’s duties will be handled by Charlie Cumbaa, senior vice president for corporate and product strategy.
Moye joined the company in October 2012.
Blackbaud sells software and services to nonprofit organizations worldwide.
