According to the builder and marketer, Battery Gaillard “is an exciting and beautiful new traditional neighborhood” situated off North Ashley River Road (S.C. Highway 61).
Local contractor True Homes is the craftsman and developer at Battery Gaillard, while Carolina One New Homes handles sales.
“These charming designs feature roomy front porches that encourage relaxation as well as conversations with neighbors or friends just passing by,” according to Carolina One.
Battery Gaillard’s backers call it “a community with a strong sense of place.” The neighborhood sits minutes away from top-notch dining, shops, theaters and museums in historic downtown Charleston.
A “leisurely 30 minute commute” takes owners to beaches, resorts and highly rated golf courses, the marketing agents say.
The newly built houses are part of True Homes’ Traditions Collection, showcasing prices in the low to mid $300,000s and floor plans from 2,976 to 3,100 square feet. Battery Gaillard provides “the discriminating buyer” everything he wants and needs in a new-homes community, according to Carolina One.
The neighborhood offers ample green space and a walking trail to West Ashley Park in Charleston. Dock permits are available for many of the lots, the agency says.
