Hunter Quinn Homes’ new model and dwellings in an emerging village just west of Charleston feature extra-high ceilings and top-end appliances.
The Mount Pleasant-based builder, which teams with Carolina One New Homes for sales and marketing support, began construction this winter on plush new homes at The Landing at Poplar Grove.
Hunter Quinn Homes finished a “beautifully” furnished sales model that shoppers can tour, as well as two homes available for immediate purchase, the company says.
Located just past Rantowles Creek on U.S. Highway 17 South, The Landing at Poplar Grove features three- to six-bedroom houses sized from 2,106 to 3,413 square feet and priced from the low $300,000s to mid $400,000s, according to Carolina One New Homes.
The builder, known for one of the longest warranties in the industry at 10 years, offers “a complete energy efficient home,” Carolina One New Homes notes.
“These magnificent homes offer 10-foot dramatic ceilings on the first floor, private master baths (and) modern kitchens with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances,” the new-homes group says. They also include designer lighting throughout.
The Landing at Poplar Grove shows off a host of architectural styles for properties that overlook lakes, saltwater marshes and deep-water Rantowles Creek, “all the while in a traditional neighborhood setting,” Carolina One New Homes points out.
Poplar Grove incorporates numerous amenities, including a boat landing, community center and an equestrian center with riding and walking trails. To see the furnished model at 3954 Berberis Lane, reach Ali Bring at 843-303-0343 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
