The new floor plan in a national builder’s latest local neighborhood touts three bedrooms, breakfast bar and two-car garage for as little as $184,000.
Ryland Homes recently kicked off sales in Limehouse Villas, an “intimate” community in Dorchester County with just 23 home sites, the builder says.
The Summerville neighborhood, situated off Limehouse Drive and Palermo Avenue, showcases up to four-bedroom houses priced from the $160,000s.
Its decorated model is the two-story Hartwell design, one of five styles offered in the new enclave. Features include two-and-a-half baths with three bedrooms, large family room, kitchen with breakfast bar, optional sunroom and two-car garage. The floor plan stands at 1,515 square feet.
The Hartwell can be toured any day, says Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing at Ryland Homes in the Charleston area.
Jinks says Limehouse Villas boasts one and two-story homes ranging 1,172-2,250 square feet in size and priced from $165,000 to $201,000.
Limehouse Villas, a natural gas community, sits minutes from Summerville shopping, dining and jobs centers and with easy access to major highways and Charleston International Airport.
For a limited time, the homebuilder offers a stainless steel refrigerator and window blinds with the purchase of any new home at Limehouse Villas.
