Last home goes up for sale in Johns Island village

This is the last house to be built in Bohicket Oaks, a six-home neighborhood near Hoopstick Creek.

A local builder just completed the sixth home in a half-dozen dwelling neighborhood on Hoopstick Creek.

The house at 3679 Edings Court in Bohicket Oaks is move-in ready and available for showings, according to New Leaf Builders.

The four-bedroom and three-and-a-half bath home comes outfitted with hardwood floors, marble countertops and stainless steel Bosch-brand appliances. This is the last home available in the Johns Island community, the company says.

Bohicket Oaks, set on more than 10 acres, sits on the water shaded by grand oaks.

“An ode to classic Lowcountry style, New Leaf’s architectural vision for Bohicket Oaks is sophisticated yet serene and relaxed, with yawning porches and big yards to romp in,” the company says.

Designed along a tidal creek, the neighborhood showcases “large lots with water views, private boat slips for every home and access to Hoopstick Creek from a community dock,” the builder notes.
