As Ryland Homes begins to launch a new phase, the builder is promoting the few houses remaining for sale from its present stage in a neighborhood on the Grand Strand’s western edge.
Seven home sites are on the market in the current construction phase in Devonshire at Windsor Plantation. The community is off Devon Estate Avenue at S.C. Highway 544 in Myrtle Beach.
Another 100 home sites will be released later this year, says Donald T. McDonough, division president of Ryland Homes in the Charleston and Myrtle Beach regions. Prices range from $179,000 to $212,000 in what will be the final building surge of Devonshire at Windsor Plantation.
New three-bedroom homes in four distinct floor plans at Devonshire are sized from 1,301 to 1,768 square feet, according to Ryland Homes.
McDonough says two move-in ready homes are available now in Devonshire at Windsor Plantation.
The models include the Belhaven II, which has three bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. One of the most energy-efficient homes on the market, Ryland Homes notes, the 1,409-square-foot Belhaven II floor plan starts in price at $189,000.
Also, the three-bedroom, two-bath Litchfield II design incorporates a spacious 1,768 square feet. The open floor plan “promises more than enough family living space for intimate gatherings or social occasions for the whole neighborhood,” according to Ryland Homes. The house is valued from $212,000.
