Carolina One holds awards gala for top producers

Carolina One’s yearly gala for top producers boasted a Mardi Gras theme this year.

The leading salespeople for a major Charleston area real estate agency dressed up, chowed down and partied heartily at a yearly recognition event held downtown last month.

Carolina One Real Estate paid tribute to its “top producers” at the company’s awards gala. Close to 1,000 agents and staff celebrated the most active agents’ real estate accomplishments for 2015.

The Jan. 23 event started at the Charleston Music Hall on John Street, before participants and guests proceeded “en masse in Mardi Gras parade style” to the nearby Charleston Museum, according to Carolina One.

“Revelers (at the museum) were treated to a New Orleans/Mardi Gras-themed event,” the agency notes. The gala included Cajun food, music and costumed street performers.

The Post and Courier, American Home Shield, Weeks and Irvine Law Firm and Carolina One Mortgage Services sponsored the event.
