Builder rolls out new townhome floor plans at Carolina Park

The Campbell townhome floor plan stands as the larger of two models from Ryland Homes at Carolina Park Townhomes east of the Cooper.

The recently opened townhomes are at Carolina Park in Mount Pleasant. Named the Campbell and the Horlbeck, the decorated floor plans stand at Tollison Path, just off Carolina Park Boulevard. Ryland Homes intends to build 84 luxury models at Carolina Park Townhomes.

The Campbell design, sized at 1,850 square feet, features three bedrooms, two full baths, a powder room for guests, library and separate loft. The floor plan also showcases a wraparound porch and fiber-cement siding, says Gayle Jinks, vice president of sales and marketing for Ryland Homes in the Charleston region. In addition, the open kitchen and family room “offer ample space for entertaining as well as family activities,” she says. There’s also a side deck that provides “outdoor enjoyment,” she adds.

The Campbell is one of just two Ryland plans with the master bedroom downstairs.

Power saving perks include Home Energy Rating System (HERS)-graded features, gas heating, tankless water heater, low-e radiant heat-resistant windows, reflective insulation shield and dual zone climate control, Jinks says. Another Campbell highlight is the two-car garage.

Meanwhile, the 1,627-square-foot Horlbeck model boasts three bedrooms, two full baths and a half-bath. The townhome comes priced at $299,000 with a two-car garage. The sales model shows off a brick front exterior, but the Horlbeck can also be fitted with double front porches.

A sun room, breakfast area, spacious family room and well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops and GE stainless steel gas appliances comprise the indoor spiffs, according to Ryland. “The Horlbeck is perfect for entertaining with an airy patio off the kitchen,” Jinks says.

The marketing agent cites Mount Pleasant as “one of the most sought-after residential areas in the Charleston region.” Schools near the townhomes carry top-notch reputations, and the dwellings are within easy reach of greater Charleston, she says.

Carolina Park includes a resort-style swimming pool, playground, tennis courts and walking trails, Jinks says.
