Some DD brand single-wick candles that were sold at Hobby Lobby stores nationwide and online have been recalled.

Four types of DD brand single-wick candles are being recalled: Mason jars in 5- and 12-ounce sizes; decorative jars in 10- and 20-ounce sizes; 13-ounce coffee tins; and 13-ounce jars with a holiday theme.

The candles were sold in a variety of fragrances and colors at Hobby Lobby stores nationwide and online at from June-October 2014. The SKU number is on a label on the underside of each container.

The candle’s high flame can ignite the surface of the wax, posing a fire hazard. In two previous recalls, CoScentrix received a total of 31 reports of the candle’s surface igniting, one report of injury and 10 reports of property damage.

Star Ride Kids girl’s pajama sets consist of polar fleece pants with a bow and elastic at the waist and a jersey two-piece, long-sleeve shirt. “Star Ride Taking It To The Next Level” is on a label in the waistband of the pants. The logo “Star Ride” is printed inside the shirt neck. They were sold at children’s boutiques and department stores nationwide from August-November 2013.

Style reference number 5217 or 5250 is on a label in the side seam. Style Reference No. 5217 includes black and white zebra-printed pants paired with a blue top with a zebra-printed heart on the center front, or pink and black zebra-printed pants paired with a white top with pink, heart-shaped peace signs and the word “Peace” printed on the center front.

Style Reference No. 5250 includes blue pants with the words “Happy, Love, Dreams” in a multicolored print paired with a white and blue top with the word “Hope” on the center front, or pink pants with “Happy, Love, Dreams” in a multicolored print paired with a white and pink top with multicolored stars on the lower left side.

The pajamas fail to meet federal flammability standards for children’s sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries to children.

SKLZ Recoil 360 All-Position Resistance Trainers, which is a leash-type device that provides resistance during exercise. It consists of a belt, an 8-foot flexible cord attachment leash, a safety handle and a storage bag. “SKLZ” followed by an arrow is printed on the belt. Users wear the belt, which is connected to the flexible cord.

The safety handle, connected to the flexible cord, is held by a coach or partner to provide resistance while the user runs, jumps or shuffles. The safety handle also can be connected to a sturdy stationary object. Belts with the arrow before the “SKLZ” are not included in the recall. They were sold at Academy, Dick’s Sporting Goods and other sporting goods and fitness stores; catalogs; and online at and from January 2013-December 2014.

A weld on a ring on the resistance trainer’s belt can break and cause the resistance trainer’s flexible cord to quickly and unexpectedly retract and hit an exercise partner who is holding the other end. There have been three reports of the weld breaking and resulting in serious injuries, including blunt trauma to a lower leg, a puncture wound and a laceration.
