Prestone Windshield De-Icer and Ice & Frost Shield are being recalled.

The recalls covers about 4.1 million bottles of Prestone Windshield De-Icer and Prestone Ice & Frost Shield with SKU Nos. AS-246 and AS-247. They were sold September 2011- August 2015. The product contains methanol and ethylene glycol and children may gain access to the product by removing the trigger assembly, posing a risk of poisoning.

About 3,200 USB Cord & Wall Chargers for iPhone 5/5S sold at Charlotte Russe stores nationwide in October 2014 have a geometric print in mint green and peach colors. Style number CRGT-003 or CRGT-004 is on the UPC sticker. Chargers can overheat and catch fire in use.

Nissan is recalling nearly 300,000 of its Versa and Versa Note vehicles to adjust a console panel that could catch the driver’s shoe and slow braking.

Nissan North America said owners of vehicles affected by this recall have been notified, and those who have not had the issue addressed will get a recall letter. Dealers will trim the console panel so that its leading edge is farther from the driver’s foot.

The recall involves four-door Versa sedans from the model years 2012-15 made between June 9, 2011, and March 11, 2015, and 2014 and 2015 Versa Note hatchbacks made April 23, 2013 to March 11, 2015.

Imagine Nation Books pink Giraffe Animal Purse has a red zipper down the back. A hang-tag has “JEWELRY is fun, LEAD COMPLIANT” on the front and “WARNING: Not for Children under 3 years old,” and item number “CHJF 10032AST” on back. No other color combinations are included in recall. They were sold at Imagine Nation Books dealers at some book fairs July 2014- March 2015. This recall involves the Tadpoles Baby and Kids brand Moses baskets (about 5,500) and stands (about 800). The basket is made from tan wild palm leaves and measures about 33 inches long by 14 inches tall and 10 inches wide. The stand has a pine wood frame, a fabric platform and polyester rope design, and measures 17 inches tall by 14 inches wide and 15 inches wide when extended. They were sold at Babies R Us and buybuy Baby and at Amazon.com, Kohls.com, Wayfair.com, Zulily.com and other sites April 2014-July 2015 for the basket and June 2014-July 2015 for the stand.

The Moses basket fails to meet the federal handheld infant car-rier standard and the stand fails to meet the bassinet/cradle standard. The basket can slide off an inclined surface; the stand can tip. Details: 844-489-9498; www.sleepingpartners.com. Bicycles

All model year 2011-15 Flash, FSi, F-4, F-5, F-29, Lexi, RZ, Scalpel and Trigger Cannondale mountain bicycles, with OPI stem/steering tube assemblies. They were sold at authorized Cannondale dealers July 2010- July 2015. The stem/steering tube assemblies can fail, posing a risk of injury from a fall.

All model year 2014 Huffy TR 745 and TR-S 740 bicycles with 27.5-inch wheels. Bicycles that have a green dot on the inside of the quick-release lever are not included in this recall. They were sold at Walmart.com and elsewhere September 2014-May 2015. An open quick-release lever on the bicycle’s front wheel hub can come into contact with the front disc brake assembly, causing the front wheel to come to a sudden stop or separate.

James Trading Group’s Croker Kids Ireland Sports Hoodie has model number IR6012 on a hang tag. The kids hoodie has green fabric on the upper chest and arms with a white diagonal stripe across the torso and a blue panel on the bottom half of the hoodie. “Ireland” is printed in white letters across the chest and there are three Shamrock logos on the bottom left side. Sold in kids sizes “2YR” through “12YR” at Irish boutiques and specialty retail stores and at www.thejtg.com November 2012-August 2015.
