The Greater Summerville/Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce has received two Communication Excellence Awards from the Carolinas Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives.

Pete Harper of Lee & Associates represented the landlord in leasing 3,554 square feet of office space at 3125 Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston. The tenant, Eagle Fire, was represented by Lee Allan of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Alan Bolduc of Avison Young represented Innovative Vehicle Solutions in leasing a 9,900 square feet of office and warehouse building at 3239 Benchmark Drive, Ladson. Charles Lane of Holcombe Fair & Lane represented the landlord.

Dr. Radwan Hallaba, co-founder and chief executive officer of MEDcare Urgent Care in Charleston, has been been named the recipient of the Urgent Care Association of America’s 2015 Advocacy Award.

Chris Dion and Blair Belk of Belk|Lucy represented the landlord in leasing 2,700 square feet of space to B. Andrew Game, DMD LL at Bees Ferry Landing in Charleston.

Natalie Parker Bluestein, a partner at Bluestein & Douglas LLC, has received the Gold Compleat Lawyer Award for 2015 for civic and professional accomplishments from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
