Chauncey Clark of The Peninsula Company LLC, represented the buyer, Fuzzco Inc., in the $1.1 million purchase of 95 Cannon St., Charleston. Herb Butler of Disher Hamerick & Meyers represented the seller, Bert Pruitt Jr.
