Charleston County Consolidated 911 Center director Jim Lake has been named 911 Director of the Year by the S.C. Chapters of the Association of Public-Safety Communication Officials and the National Emergency Number Association. Also, deputy director Allyson Burrell has been elected second vice president of the S.C. National Emergency Number Association chapter.

Commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates Charleston has relocated and consolidated its Daniel Island and downtown Charleston offices at 960 Morrison Drive, Suite 400.

Alan Bolduc of Avison Young represented the landlord in subleasing a 25,000-square-foot industrial building at 1009-B Trident St., Hanahan, to Twelve South. Simons Johnson of Colliers International represented the sublessee.

Oswald Cooke represented Beazer Homes in the $3.8 million purchase of residential lots on Six Mile Road in Mount Pleasant.

Roy A. Howell III, a founding partner of Trask & Howell LLC in Mount Pleasant, has been elected 2015 president of the S.C. Workers Compensation Educational Association.

Carl Michael Harrison of The Beach Co. represented the landlord in leasing 1,832 square feet of retail space at 351 King St., Charleston. Dexter Rumsey with NAI Avant Charleston LLC and Billy Cooper with NAI Southern Real Estate represented the tenant, Prime Natural Foods LLC, dba Smoothie King.

Todd Garrett of Avison Young represented the landlord in leasing 2,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at 2561 Oscar Johnson Drive, North Charleston, to Security 101. Angel French of Matt O'Neill Real Estate represented the tenant.
