Carmen Rice, who owns Town & Country Fence and Small Home Repair with her husband in Goose Creek, have won the BehrProSM Experience 2011 sweepstakes.

In lieu of accepting the Ford F-150 grand prize, Rice opted to receive $20,000. A ceremony was held at the Home Depot in North Charleston to present the award.

"We wish to congratulate the Rice family on their award" said Home Depot District Manager Tim Pardue. "It is great to be able to give back to a local contractor in the Charleston area."
