Rachel Dunn, Melissa Hinderliter and Jessica Owen have joined CresCom Bank.

Dunn is in the accounts payable department. Previously, she was office manager with American Metals. She has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Charleston Southern University.

Hinderliter is a teller in the Summerville branch. Previously, she was with Wells Fargo and served in customer service roles with Xcell Communication and iQor.

Owen is a teller in the Mount Pleasant branch. Previously she was with Key Bank/Dial America.

Kathryn Shiver has joined Blue Max Materials of Charleston as director of operations. Previously, she was with Blue Max Trucking in Summerville. She has a master’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University.

Kevin McKeen has joined Stantec’s North Charleston office as senior transportation engineer. He has more than 20 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering. He is a registered professional engineer.

Anne Kelley Russell has joined the Charleston office of Moore & Van Allen PLLC as an associate attorney in the estate and wealth planning practice group. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a master’s degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Nathaniel “Nat” Davis has joined The Brandon Agency as strategic development director. He is based in the Charleston office. He has more than 40 years of marketing experience and was president and chief executive officer of Davis Advertising Inc.

Dr. Mark Packer has joined International Biomedical Devices as chief medical officer of the early-stage medical device company focused on cataract surgery.

L. Ron Pringle has joined the Tricounty Family Ministries in North Charleston as executive director. He has more than 16 years of experience in the nonprofit industry. Most recently, he was director of the Second Harvest Food Bank of Southeast North Carolina in Fayetteville, and he is a former warehouse associate and operations director at the Lowcountry Food Bank.

Christina Foster, Sabrina Whatley and Dena Marie Drislan have joined Carolina One Real Estate Services as agents based in the Crowfield Boulevard office in Goose Creek.

Foster has a master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has credit union experience and also worked as a consultant for Chick-fil-A.

Whatley has background in commercial design and furniture manufacturing. She has a bachelor’s degree from Anderson University with a concentration in interior design.

Drislan graduated from the Wichita State University School of Music.

Scotty Lowe has joined Century 21 Properties Plus as an agent based in the West Ashley office. He has an associate’s degree from Trident Technical College and is an Air Force veteran.

Shelby Haggard has joined Southern Shores Real Estate Group LLC as an agent based in the West Ashley office. Previously, she was a project manager for EMES. She has a bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University.
