Sam Winkler has joined Detterbeck Wealth Management as a tax manager. He has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston, and has more than five years of public accounting experience. He is a certified puiblic accountant.

Kurt Seguer has been promoted to senior vice president at South Atlantic Bank. He is a commercial lender based in the Mount Pleasant office. He has 17 years of banking industry ex- perience. He has a bachelor’s de- gree in writing and communica- tion from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and a master’s in business administra- tion from Regis University.

Jerry McNeely has joined Transworld Inc. Electrical Contractors as a project manager and estimator. Previously, he was senior project manager at M.C. Dean. He has 35 years of construction industry experience and is a master electrician.

Craig Ortwerth has joined the Charleston office of WSP| Parsons Brinckerhoff as a resident engineer providing construction site supervision for in- frastructure projects at the State Ports Authority’s Hugh K. Leatherman Sr. Terminal in North Charleston. He has more than 40 years’ experience in con- struction services and management. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

Dr. Meredith L. Moore has joined Charleston Allergy and Asthma. She is board-certified in pediatrics, allergy, asthma and immunology for adults and children. She has a bachelor’s degree from the Air Force Academy and a medical degree from the University of South Carolina Medical School.

Angel Ballou has joined State Farm Agent Tony Pope as a cus- tomer service representative based in the Summerville office. She has more than five years of in- surance experience as a receptionist and in customer service.

Meg Sawyer has joined K&L Gates as an attorney in the Charleston office. Sawyer practices in the labor, employment and workplace safety practice group. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Jeff Webster has been promo-ted to vice president at Rawle Murdy. He leads the public rela- tions and social media team and is on the management team.

Chuck Spangler has been pro- moted to president of the S.C. Manufacturing Extension Partnership. He has been with the group for 22 years, most recently as chief operating officer. He has a bachelor’s degree in textile management from North Carolina State University.

David Hatter, Lindsay Paylor, Jamie Ranck and Julie deVries have joined the Charleston office of Herald Office Solutions. Hatter and Paylor are account representatives. Ranck and deVries work with the in-house interior design group.

Clint Eisenhauer has joined the State Ports Authority as senior vice president of external affairs. He will oversee public and media relations, government affairs, community outreach and educa- tion programs. Previously, he was vice president of government re- lations for Maersk Group. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wake Forest Unversity.

Ginger Thomas and Carolina Perkins have joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Car- olina Sun Real Estate as agents. Previously, Thomas was with a mortgage company and was a real estate paralegal. She also has construction and land acquisitions experience. Perkins has a background in public relations and digital strategy.

Ruby Nguyen has joined Southern Shores Real Estate Group as an agent based in the Summerville office. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Denver and has previous experience in customer service and sales.

Helena Drummond has joined EXIT Realty Lowcountry Group in North Charleston.
