Andrews E. “Andy” Groves has joined SouthCon Building Group as senior project manager. He has more than 21 years of commercial contracting experience. Previously, he was in management positions with Newton Builders Inc. and Arnold Construction. He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University.

Ronald Neil has joined the ECPI University campus in North Charleston as director of academic affairs. Previously, he was an administrator at the school’s Greensboro, N.C., campus. He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from North Carolina A&T State University.

A.J. Meilan has joined the Charleston office of Wells Fargo Advisors as a first vice president. Previously, he was a financial adviser with Morgan Keegan. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University and is a Certified Financial Planner.

Parrish Phillips has been named general manager of The Harbour Club in downtown Charleston. He has more than 15 years of industry experience. He has a bachelor’s degree from Mars Hill College. Previously, he was interim manager of the club and an assistant general manager at ClubCorp.

Robert H. “Bobby” Mozingo has joined Nexsen Pruet’s Charleston office as an attorney. He focuses his practice on commercial real estate, banking and business transactions. He has more than 20 years of experience as a transactional attorney.

Previously, he was with Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP. He has bachelor’s degree from Clemson University and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Terry Ansley has joined Landmark Enterprises Brokerage Group as broker-in-charge. He is responsible for managing the production of the commercial and industrial real estate brokerage group, including sales, leasing and development projects. Previously, he was vice president of Charleston operations at Lat Purser & Associates. He has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

Jordy Schaffner has been hired as the Southeast business development manager for SoftwareONE and is based in Charleston. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of Charleston and is a Microsoft Certified Professional.
