Beverly Wyse

Beverly Wyse has been named vice president and general manager of Boeing South Carolina. She has overall leadership responsibility for operations and facilities in North Charleston. She joined the company in 1985. Most recently, she was vice president and general manager of the Boeing 737 program in Renton, Wash. She has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s in business administration, both from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Meaghan Patterson has been joined South Atlantic Bank’s Mount Pleasant branch as a teller. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and speech communication from the State University of New York at Potsdam.

Dr. Andreea Meier has been named dean of Charleston Southern University’s College of Nursing. Previously, she was interim dean. She has a bachelor’s degree, master’s and doctorate in nursing from the University of Michigan School of Nursing, with an emphasis on advanced nursing management and nursing research.

Andrew Dennis has been elected a member of Nexsen Pruet. He is based in the firm’s Charleston office and focuses on corporate and transactional law. He has a bachelor’s degree in business ad-ministration from the Uni- versity of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Carter N. Deupree has been elected a shareholder in the Charleston office of Haynsworth Sinkler Boyd, PA. He has a bachelor’s degree and a law degree from Washington and Lee University. He focuses his practice on real estate matters and corporate transactions.

Michele M. Neff has joined the S.C. Sea Grant Consortium as an accountant and fiscal analyst. Previously, she was a senior reimbursement analyst with Roper St. Francis Healthcare. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting from Montclair State University.

Miller Har-per has been named managing partner at East West Partners in Charleston. He joined the firm as an assistant project manager in 2004. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Wofford College.

Courtney Marous has joined Avison Young’s Mount Pleasant office as an associate in the industrial services group. Previously, she was in the logistics industry. She has a bachelor’s degree in international business from the College of Charleston.

Edgar K. Mitchell has joined the Charleston office of Daniel Ravenel Sotheby’s International Realty as a senior sales executive. Previously, he was with Legacy Properties SIR in Maine. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Dr. Irene Woodward has joined Creekside Veterinary Clinic in Goose Creek as a full-time associate. She has a degree in veterinary medicine from Ohio State University.

Previously, she practiced in Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
