Scott Lechtrecker has joined Johns Island-based Dolphin Architects & Builders as president and principal designer. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Previously, he was owner of Ocean3Design Studio in Wilmington, N.C.

Jim Wood, previously managing partner and recruiter for j2 Group LLC, has been named managing partner of the recently merged OI Partners-j2 Group in Charleston.

Danay Jimenez has joined The Kidder Group Inc. as vice president in charge of the firm’s new Charleston office, where she specializes in recruiting in executive management, manufacturing management, engineering, sales and information technology. She has a bachelor’s degree in event management from the University of Central Florida.

Doug Hepburn has joined St. Jude Farms as sales manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a chef and business owner.

Elaena Whitman has joined King Street Agency LLC as a commercial account manager and producer. She has more than 13 years of insurance industry experience in Georgia and South Carolina.

Drew Copenhaver has joined Joye Law Firm LLP as a personal injury attorney. He has a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and a law degree from Charleston School of Law.

Ashlei Brown has joined Sourcenet Medical Billing Associates as a billing specialist. She has a certification in medical billing and coding from Virginia College.

Peter Insabella has been promoted to vice president of the mortgage division at CresCom Bank, based in the West Ashley branch. He has been with the bank since 2010 as a mortgage loan officer overseeing retail and residential mortgages. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration the University of South Carolina.

Catherine Main has been named executive director of the Mount Pleasant Land Conservancy. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Emory University and a master’s degree in environmental studies and coastal planning from the College of Charleston and the Medical University of South Carolina. Previously, she was with the Kiawah Conservancy.

Andria Welch has been promoted to office manager at Delta Pharmacy & Medical Supply. She has been with the company for more than eight years.

Anna Allen and Andrew Smith have joined Carolina One Real Estate as agents based in the Mount Pleasant Long Point Road office.

Allen has a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a master’s degree from the College of Charleston. Previously, she worked in the mortgage industry.

Smith has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University. Previously, he worked in the landscape architectural industry.
