Peggy Small has been named branch manager at Ameris Bank. She is based in the Mount Pleasant office. Previously, she was a branch manager for seven years at CresCom Bank.

William C. Sharborough has been named MBA director at The Citadel School of Business. He has been a faculty member since 1985. He has a bachelor’s degree and master’s in business administration from Mississippi State University and a doctorate in business administration from Louisiana State University.

Brad Sirmons has joined Thomas & Hutton as a project manager in the civil engineering division in the firm’s Charleston office. Previously, he was a senior engineer with Southern Co. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Karen W. Kerrison has been named a partner at Charleston-based Young Clement Rivers LLP. Her practice focuses on commercial transactions, and she has more than 30 years of experience. She has a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.

Len O’Neal has joined Rawle Murdy as director of digital stra- tegy. He has more than 20 years of experience in digital media and communications. Previously, he was senior director of strategy and insights at Liquid Interactive in Allentown, Pa. He has a bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University.

Jeni Becker has joined Junior Achievement of Greater South Carolina as coastal area director based in the group’s Lowcountry office. She has a bachelor’s degree in fine art and marketing from Jacksonville University.

Allie Johnson has been promoted to office manager at Walk Away Stays. She has 10 years of hospitality industry experience and a bachelor’s degree in parks, recreation and tourism manage- ment from Clemson University. Real estate

Rex Riley has joined Clement Crawford & Thornhill Inc. Real Estate Services as an associate. Previously, he was a professional golfer on mini tours from 2010-15. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from Drew University.

Christine Pettigrew has joined AgentOwned Realty as an agent based in the Mount Pleasant office. Previously, she worked in the investment advisory industry in North Carolina. She has a bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University.

Cortney Hardee and Lisa Laventure have joined Carolina One Real Estate Services as agents based in the Orleans Road office in West Ashley.

Previously, Hardee was a para- medic and emergency medical technician. Laventure previous-ly was a teacher at Charleston Charter School for Math and Science. She has a bachelor’s degree in education from Saginaw Valley State University.

Lynn Sabatini and Al Riley have joined Stuckey Bros. Furniture in Mount Pleasant as sales and design representatives.

Sabatini has 28 years of experience in interior design and furniture sales. Riley has 30 years of furniture sales experience. Previously, Sabatini and Riley were with Morris Sokol Furniture.

David Brueck has joined Southern Current as vice president of engineering, procurement and construction. He has a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Clemson University. Previously, he was lead distribution design engineer and director of engineering at Hannah Solar Government Services.
