Rebecca Dew has joined Carolina Brewery as a sales representative responsible for Charleston, Hilton Head and surrounding South Carolina markets. She has a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from the College of Charleston.

Joey Barrera has been promoted to project manager at Hightower Construction Co. in Charleston. He has been with Hightower for 14 years. He has an associate’s degree in applied sciences from Trident Technical College.

Jason R. Hambley has joined STV/Ralph Whitehead Associates as an engineering specialist in the firm’s Charleston office. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Citadel.

John E. Gardner has been named human resources manager at The Housing Authority of the city of Charleston. He has 35 years of experience in human resources. Previously, he was with Boeing Co. He has a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College.

Suzanne O’Keefe has been named senior vice president and managing director for Wells Fargo Insurance’s operations in Charleston, Greensboro and Raleigh. She joined the company in 2002, and previously she has worked with Cameron M. Harris & Co. and Centura Bank.

D. Summers Clarke has joined Barnwell Whaley Patterson and Helms as an associate attorney. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, insurance, personal injury and construction law. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flager Business School and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Previously, she was an associate with Pritchard & Elliott and a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge C. Weston Houck.

Sandy Morckel has joined Historic Charleston Foundation as director of philanthropy. Previously, she was director of development with the Mid-Ohio FoodBank. She she has more than 25 years of fundraising experience.

Chrys Rogge has joined Cornerstone Financial Strategies LLC in Summerville as a financial adviser. Previously, she was with Edward Jones Investments.

Maus is based in the Folly Beach office. He has a bachelor’s degree in history and education from Temple University and previously was a history teacher.

Marquez is based in the Isle of Palms office. Previously, she owned a home faux painting business and currently is co-owner of two retail businesses in Charleston.

Jordan Winka has joined Geocent LLC as a technical recruiter for the company’s North Charleston office and other locations. Previously, he was with TEKsystems and Scientific Research Corp.
