Dwayne Farrell and Diana Wood have joined Professional Builders Supply. Farrell is Charleston market president. He has more than 30 years of building supply industry experience. Wood is credit manager.

Thomas Blackwell, Christopher Harrison and Christopher Roberts have joined the Charleston office of ECS Carolinas LLP. Blackwell is construction materials testing project manager. Harrison and Roberts are construction materials testing field technicians.

Jessica Zel- ten has joined State Farm agent Tony Pope’s Summerville office as an account representative. She has six years of experience with State Farm.

Russell G. Hines and Brandt R. Horton have been named partners in the Charleston office of YCRLaw LLP.

Hines practices primarily in the com- mercial litigation and appeals group. He has a bach- elor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Felix C. Pelzer and William D. Rust have joined Moore & Van Allen PLLC as members in the firm’s Charleston office.

Pelzer practices in the estate and wealth planning and federal and international taxation groups. He has a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Rust practices in the corporate and health care teams. He has a bachelor’s degree from Washington and Lee University and a law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Ray Davis has been named senior sales consultant for Carolina Lanterns and Lighting in Mount Pleasant, overseeing the builder, architect and designer division. He has 25 years of experience as a business owner, and was owner of a lighting showroom in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Lisa Carver, Krista Alexander and Ricardo Magana have joined Carolina One Real Estate Services as sales associates in Summerville.

Carver and Alexander are based in the Trolley Road office. Carver previously was with Boeing Co. Alexander previously was an Army broadcast journalist. She has a bachelor’s degree in the humanities for the University of Maryland’s University College.

Magana is based in the Main Street office. Previously, he was a customer service specialist for Comcast and VIP Mar- keting and Advertising. He has an associate degree from Trident Technical College.

Taylor Hanlon has joined Century 21 Properties Plus as a sales associate. Previously, he was a sales agent at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. He has a bachelor’s degree in hotel, tourism and restaurant management from the University of South Carolina.

Chip Eiserhardt and Heath Verner have joined the Cassina Group as agents based in the firm’s downtown Charleston office.

Eiserhardt has a bachelor’s degree in business from Clemson University. Verner has a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and has more than 10 years of real estate experience.

Chris McClellen has joined Charleston-based BoomTown as chief technology officer.

He has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and product development. Previously, he was senior vice president of digital technology at the Weather Channel.
