Charles Prevost has joined Mount Pleasant-based Baldwin & Associates LLC as a tax accountant. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Wofford College.


Joseph Kassim has joined CresCom Bank as senior vice president of its finance department. He is based in the West Ashley operations center. Previously, he was a manager in the audit division of Elliot Davis’ banking and financial services department. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and accounting and finance from the University of South Carolina.

Robert J. Crawford has been promoted to vice president and general manager at Buck Lumber & Building Supply Inc. on James Island. Previously, he was general manager.

Judy Dixon has joined Rush3 Product Design Studio to oversee the daily operations of the Mount Pleasant-based business. Previously, she was an architect and principal at Stubbs Muldrow Herin Architects.

Kevin O’Loughlin has been named head of school at Charles Towne Montessori School. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Irvine, and he has Association Montessori Internationale credentials for the primary and elementary levels. He has more than 30 years of experience as a teacher and administrator.

Erin Finch Stevens has joined the North Charleston office of Davis & Floyd as a landscape architect. She has a bachelor’s degree in English and American literature and language from Harvard University and a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia. Previously, she was with Civil Site Environmental.

Dr. Lainey Bruhn has joined Advanced Hearing Care as an audiologist. Previously, she was with a private practice in Kansas City. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Western Illinois University and a doctorate in audiology from the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Christina Demos Wynn has joined Duggan Law Firm LLC in Charleston as an associate attorney. She has a law degree from Charleston School of Law.

Tim Zwerner has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as an associate attorney in the firm’s Charleston office. He focuses his practice on real estate, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University and a law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Thomas Connolly has joined the Bank of South Carolina as a residential mortgage loan officer. Previously, he was owner of Golf Cars of Charleston, and he also has managed a mortgage brokerage company in Georgia. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.

Adrian Cain has joined the Lowcountry Open Land Trust as development director. Previously, he was director of institutional advancement for the South Carolina Aquarium.

Hilary Bryan and Marco Corona have joined Trident United Way.

Bryan is annual fund coordinator. Previously, she was annual giving manager at the Pennsylvania SPCA. She has a bachelor’s degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y.

Corona is major gifts officer. Previously, he was development director at Jamestown Community Center in San Francisco. He has bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ted and Rachel Linczak have joined the Charleston Center for Photography as instructors. They also are owners of Linczak Photography and Nuvo Images.

Robert Mauch and Missy Firestone have joined Lennar’s coastal Carolinas division.

Mauch is division controller based in the West Ashley office. He has 12 years of experience in residential real estate finance and operations. Previously he was vice pres- ident of finance and division controller with Centex Homes and Pulte Homes.

He has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oakland University and a master’s degree in business administration from Walsh College.

Firestone is a new homes consultant based in Lindera Preserve at Cane Bay Plantation. She has 14 years of experience in the residential home-building industry. Previously, she was with Beazer Homes and D.R. Horton. She has a bachelor’s degree from Radford University.

Jason Pee has joined Dunes Properties as a sales agent based in the The Real Estate Studio in downtown Charleston. He has 10 years of real estate experience. He specializes in investment and the redevelopment of properties on the Charleston peninsula.

Steven Manall has been named executive chef of the Palmetto Cafe at Charleston Place. He has a degree in applied science and a focus on culinary arts and nutrition. Previously, he was at the Inn at Perry Cabin, Windsor Court and the Thoroughbred Club at Charleston Place.
