Al Abate and Dylan Towe have been named senior associates in the Charleston office of LS3P & Associates Ltd.

Bryon Burbage has been named president of North Charleston-based Hawthorne Global Aviation Services. He will remain in his previous role as chief financial officer. He has than 20 years of experience in public and private finance and accounting.

Ryan Benton has joined CresCom Bank as vice president and commercial loan officer at the Mount Pleasant branch.

Previously, he worked as a vice president and commercial sales and service officer at BB&T. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Citadel.

Chad Frampton has been named president and CEO of Frampton Construction. Previously, he was in management with the former Frampton & Associates.

He has a degree in business administration from Newberry College.

Tommie “Trey” Little has joined Mount Pleasant-based SeamonWhiteside as a civil engineering project coor-dinator. He previously was with Rivers & Associates in North Carolina. He has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

Brittany F. Boykin has joined Turner Padget Graham & Laney PA as an associate attorney in the Charleston office. She has six years of litigation experience. Her practice includes personal injury claims, construction defects, and trucking and transportation matters. She has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston and a law degree from the Charleston School of Law.

Graham L. Ervin has joined The Reynolds Group’s Charleston office as account supervisor. Previously, she was director of special events and institutional advancement at Charleston School of Law. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication from the College of Charleston and a master’s in journalism and mass communication with a concentration in public relations from the University of Georgia.

Joe Gandy has joined Delta Pharmacy’s new Isle of Palms store as pharmacist in charge. He has a degree from the Medical Univeristy of South Carolina School of Pharmacy. Also, Danielle Middleton and Kristin Stanford have joined Delta Pharmacy as technicians at the Isle of Palms location.

Victoria Baxter and Whitney Williams have joined the Charleston office of Lee & Associates.

Baxter is bookkeeper.

Williams is property manager. She has seven years of commercial property management experience. and has a bachelor’s degree from the College of Charleston.

Ellen Allen has joined the Mount Pleasant office of Century 21 Properties Plus as an agent. She has more than 10 years of real estate industry experience.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from Queens College in New York.

Kevin Driggers and Lea Anne Brown have joined RARE Charleston as agents.

Driggers has 12 years of experience in real estate sales. Previously, he was director of sales for several custom-home deve-lopments.

He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Carolina.

Brown has a background in golf and resort real estate.

Other new agents at the firm include Michael Elliott, Sarah Reber and Brian Wolverton.

Demi Tiqui has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Southern Coast Real Estate as an agent.

David Mantek has joined Coldwell Banker Com- mercial Atlantic as a broker specializing in retail and investment properties. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Central Michigan University.

Mary M. Grace and Marjonah I. Ibraheem have joined Carolina One Real Estate Services as agents. Grace is based in its Coleman Boulevard office in Mount Pleasant. She has a degree in sociology and psychology from Clemson University. Previously, she was with the Charleston County School District.

Ibraheem is based in the Crowfield Boulevard office in Goose Creek. She has a bachelor’s degree in business from Strayer University and is a former elementary schoolteacher.
