Aaron Gaspar has joined Jarrard Nowell & Russell LLC as a staff accountant.

He has a ba- chelor’s degree in management from Purdue University and a master’s in accountancy from Purdue University Calumet.

Kathy Heffley has been promoted to regional president for community banking in South Carolina for Wells Fargo & Co. She is responsible for small business and retail banking in 145 locations in S.C. Previously, she was area pres- ident of the Midlands market. She succeeds Rick Redden, who has been promoted to community banking lead regional president for the Carolinas. She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina.

Dan John and Mike Layton have joined Professional Builders Supply in Charleston. John is an inside sales coordinator. Layton is an account manager.

Susan Brock has been promoted to chief financial officer of Cargo Composites. She has been with the company for more than three years. Previously, she was controller.

Kwame Williams has been named district director of the Social Security Administration office in Charleston. Previously, he was with the federal agency in Georgia and Virginia. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from South Carolina State University and a master’s in human resource development from Webster University.

Robin Price and Victoria Patrick have joined ActiveRx Strengtherapy in Mount Pleasant as physical therapy assistants. Price has a degree from Fayetteville Technical Community College. Patrick has a degree from South College.

William H. Hewlett has been named S.C. marketing manager for Coastal Select Insurance and GeoVera Holdings. Previously, he was director of marketing and business development at Yarborough Wealth Management Group. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Piedmont College.

John Rosen and Rene Stuhr Dukes have been named members of the Rosen Hagood Charleston law firm.

Rosen prac- tices primar- ily in the areas of business and cor- porate transactions and business and commercial litigation. He has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia, a master’s in business administration from the University of South Carolina and a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Dukes practices in the areas of family law, employment, education, personal injury and appeals. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and a law degree from the Charleston School of Law.

Carrie Koerber has joined Keller Williams as a broker. She also is an attorney with the Abood Law Firm. She earned a bachelor’s degree and a law degree, both from Michigan State University.

Grant Jenot has joined Century 21 Properties Plus as a sales associate. Previously, he was with Clint’s Painting.

LeGrand Elebash and Ellen Villard have joined the Charleston office of Lee & Associates.

Elebash is an associate. Previously, he was with a resort development in the Caribbean. He has a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a master’s in business administration from Harvard Business School.Villard is pro- perty management assistant. She has a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of South Carolina.

Laurie Zirbel has joined Atlantic Bedding and Furniture as co-sales manager for the West Ashley location. She has 10 years of furniture industry experience. Previously, she was with Home Decor Liquidators.

Philip Guiry has joined the Charleston RiverDogs as director of operations. Previously, he was assistant general manager for the Bakersfield Blaze in California. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.

Pat Campbell has joined Charleston-based Job Market Maker as chief operating officer. He has more than 20 years of software industry experience. Previously, he was a partner at Fairlead and vice president of customer support for JDA Software.
