Jane Broadwater has been named executive director for the Footlight Players. She has a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Winthrop University.

Bailey Gronbeck has been promoted to manager for CresCom Bank’s James Island branch. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University.

Laura Heape Brisson has joined First Tennessee Bank’s Mount Pleasant office as a senior vice president in private client services. She has 17 years of wealth management and private banking experience. Previously, she was a vice president of wealth management at Merrill Lynch. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University.

Derek Robbins has been promoted at Frampton Construction and Phillip Marino has joined the company.

Robbins is assistant preconstruction manager. He has more than 25 years of construction industry experience. He has a bache-lor’s degree from Appalachian State. Marino is director of preconstruction, Previously, he was an estimator and project manager for Baker Roofing. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Citadel.

Andrew C. Gillette has joined Anchor Consulting Engineers as an assistant project manager. He has 20 years of experience in land development, surveying and construction management. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Citadel.

Keith J. Farfone has joined Trident Funding Corp. as sales manager overseeing marine and recreational vehicle loan originations in the Carolinas and neigh-boring areas. He is based in Charleston. He has 20 years of marine sales experience. Previously, he was with St. Barts Yachts Charleston.

Dr. Benjamin Toll has joined the Medical University of South Carolina and Hollings Cancer Center. He is an associate professor in MUSC’s Department of Public Health Sciences. Also, he holds a joint clinical appointment in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences as chief of tobacco cessation and health behaviors. Previously, he was an associate professor of psychiatry at Yale University and director of the tobacco cessation program at Smilow Cancer Hospital. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cornell University, and a master’s and doctorate in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University.

Mike Gore has been named vice president for dealer sales at KION North America Corp. in Summerville. Previously, he was sales manager for the STILL Liftrunner. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Averett College and a master’s in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Amanda Cote has joined the Charleston Parks Conservancy as director of operations. Previously, she was director of operations for the Charleston Promise Neighborhood. She has a bachelor’s degree from Clemson University.

Caroline Seufert and Norman Cooper have joined Dunes Properties as agents.

Seufert is based at the Bohicket Marina office. She has a degree in speech pathology from the University of Missouri and a doctorate in psychology from Loyola University.

Cooper is based in the downtown Charleston office. He has a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from the University of South Carolina. Previously, he was a custom home builder in Mount Pleasant.

Jered Wilkerson has joined NAI Avant’s Charleston office as a commercial real estate bro- ker. Previously, he was an asso- ciate with Keller Williams Commercial in Texas. He has more than 10 years of real estate experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas A&M University.

Kimberly Mosher has joined Century 21 Properties Plus as an agent in the Mount Pleasant office. Previously, she was an accountant for Software Productivity Consortium in Virginia. She has a ba- chelor’s in business and accounting from Eastern Nazarene College and a master’s in accounting and finance from Marymount University.
