Michelle Smyth has joined McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture's Charleston office as a project architect. She has more than 10 years of experience. She has a bachelor's degree from Furman University and master's in architecture from Clemson University.

Miles Martschink Jr. has been named engineering sales representative at Hannah Solar Government Services. Previously, he was project engineer and head project manager. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Old Dominion University.

Dr. Yanis Bellil has joined Roper St. Francis Physician Partners' Lowcountry Hematology & Oncology practice. He has a bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston and a medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. He completed a residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center and fellowship in hematology and oncology at Duke University Medical Center.

Jason Byham has been named coastal Carolinas division president at Lennar Homes. He has more than 10 years of sales and management experience. Previously, he was director of sales and marketing for the division.

Sarah Mo-luf has joined Moluf Supply in Charleston as a kitchen and bath specialist. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.

Jason A. Daigle and Frank K. Staiano have joined Young Clement Rivers LLP as associate attorneys in the Charleston office.

Daigle practices primarily with the construction group. He has a bachelor's degree in zoology from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Staiano practices primarily with the professional liability and construction groups. He has a bachelor's degree in English from Towson University and law degree from Albany Law School of Union University.

Jessica Turner has joined the Carolina Coaster Co. as marketing manager. Previously, she was account director for the Modern Connection in Charleston and an account executive with the Stephan & Brady advertising agency in Wisconsin.

D. Jermaine Husser has been named executive director of the Palmetto Warrior Connection for Palmetto Goodwill. Previously, he was state director of StudentsFirstSC in Columbia and executive director of the Lowcountry Food Bank in Charleston.

Anne Darby Pearce has been named commercial property manager with Darby Development Co. Inc. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina.

Robert "Dink" Hunt has joined Carolina One Real Estate's Summerville Main Street office. He has an associate degree in civil engineering from Trident Technical College and has worked as a construction project manager since 1997.

Frank O'Brien has been promoted to market leader at TD Wealth's private client group for the metro Carolinas region, including Charleston. Previously, he was a senior relationship manager. He has 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, including executive positions with WHM Capital Advisors, SunTrust Banks and Wachovia Bank.
