Ashley Cowart Shuler has joined Tidelands Bank as a branch manager and banking officer in the West Ashley branch. Previously, she was a bank officer and store manager with Wells Fargo. She has more than 10 years of retail banking experience.

Royce W. Fudge Jr. has joined Webster University as military liaison representative at Joint Base Charleston. He has a bachelor's degree from The Citadel and master's degrees in history and secondary education. He is a retired Air Force colonel, and has worked as global logistics manager for Boeing Commercial Airplanes and senior vice president at STAR Aerospace Corp.

Beth Crutchfield and Craig Buck of RMF Engineering's Charleston office have been named partners in the firm.

Crutchfield is an electrical engineer and project manager with a primary area of emphasis in institutional building and health care work. She has 20 years of experience.

Buck is a mechanical engineer and project manager. He has been with the firm for 15 years.

Bob Hilliard has been named coastal division president responsible for asset management and acquisition for Level Homes, including Spring Grove Plantation in Moncks Corner. He has more than 39 years of home building, real estate and land acquisition experience in the Southeast.

Catherine "Catie" Dunn has joined Steinberg Law Firm as an attorney. Her practice focuses on workers compensation and personal injury cases. She has a bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame and the Medical University of South Carolina and a law degree from Charleston School of Law. She is a registered nurse.

Maria Gurovich and Wendy Matrisciani have been promoted at Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach on Johns Island.

Gurovich is volunteer and public relations coordinator. Previously, she worked with the adult English as a second language program.

Matrisciani is youth coordinator. Previously, she worked with the group's early childhood development program for four years.

Derek Zinkeler has joined Delta Pharmacy and Medical Supply as pharmacist in charge of its Daniel Island location. He has more than 25 years of pharmacy industry experience. Previously, he was with Omnicare.

Jackie Scarafile has joined the Mount Pleasant Coleman Boulevard office of Carolina One Real Estate. She has a bachelor's degree in media studies from the College of Charleston and master's degree in English from The Citadel. Previously, she taught at West Ashley High School and at the University School in Mount Pleasant.

Alex Irwin has joined Newmark Grubb Wilson Kibler's transaction services group in Charleston. His focus is on industrial and office leasing and sales. He has a bachelor's degree in business economics from the University of South Carolina.

Trenton Campsen Seckinger has joined Keller Williams Realty as an agent based in the Belle Hall office in Mount Pleasant. He has a bachelor's degree from Clemson University.
