Alyssa Chameroy and Teresa Becker have joined Charleston-based CresCom Bank. Chameroy works in the call center Previously, she was a teller at Bank of America. Becker is in the electronic banking department. She has previous banking experience as a senior teller.

Stephanie Forsythe has joined Mashburn Construction's Charleston office as a project administrator. Previously, she worked at a structural and res- toration engineering firm. She has a bach- elor's degree in psychology from Pennsylvania State University.

Dr. Fred Hill has been named chief medical officer for the Southern region at AmeriHealth Caritas Family of Companies. Based in Charleston, he leads medical affairs at First Choice by Select Health of South Carolina. Previously, he was a chief medical officer with Aetna. He has a medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.

Leslie Wade has joined the Charleston Parks Conservancy as community garden coordinator. Previously, she was executive director of Adaptive Gardens at Thornhill Farm in McClellanville. She has a bach- elor's degree in horticulture from Virginia Tech.

Erin Marie Ulmer has been named executive director of Camp Rise Above. She has a bachelor's degree in English literature and a graduate degree in teaching from the College of Charleston.

Patty Lynn Connell has joined Carolina One New Homes as a sales agent based at the Carolina Park development in Mount Pleasant.

Previously, she worked with Beazer Homes and Weichert Realtors. She has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania at Bloomsburg.

Scott Peevy and Helen Baldwin have joined the Charleston office at NAI Avant.

Peevy is a broker. Previously, he was property manager.

Baldwin is senior property manager. Previously, she was a property manager for NAI Avant's Columbia office.

Edie DuBose has joined Adams & Wilson Development as a commercial real estate broker. She has 20 years of real estate experience. Previously, she was with Meyer Kapp & Associates.

Astrid McManus, Michael McManus and Darrell Weathers have joined Dunes Properties as sales agents.

Astrid McManus is a former lawyer. She works with the Kiawah-Seabrook Group and is based in The Real Estate Studio in downtown Charleston.

Michael McManus previously has worked with Cousins Properties and the Sea Pines Co. He is based in The Real Estate Studio.

Weathers previously has worked as a general contractor. He is based in the Folly Beach office.
