A cruise ship is scheduled to tie up to Union Pier in downtown Charleston today. The Seven Seas Navigator is set to arrive from Florida for a port-of-call about 7 a.m. and sail around 6 p.m. for New York, the State Ports Authority said. No street closures are associated with the visit, but passengers will be disembarking the vessel near Market and Concord streets for shore visits. The 560-foot-long Seven Seas Navigator can hold about 830 people, including the crew.
