- April in Meggett Car Show, a first-time event presented by the town of Meggett, will take place 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at Meggett Park, 4776 S.C. Highway 165 across from Town Hall. - A Pep Boys Speed Shop North Charleston/ Lowcountry Muscle Car open cruise-in will take place 9-11 a.m. at Pep Boys, 6240 Rivers Ave. The event occurs every second Sunday of the month. Some call it “Car Church,” according to the organizers. The cruise-in includes “cars and coffee (and donuts).” It’s open to everyone. - The annual Vettes Doin’ Charleston all-Corvette show will take place at Sears Citadel Mall. Coastal Carolina Corvette Club sponsors the show. Corvettes from all over attend the event, and it is a fun time to be had by all, according to the club.

- Sea Islands Cars and Coffee will be held 9-11 a.m. at Freshfields Village, at the crossroads of Kiawah, Seabrook and Johns islands. It marks the group’s first anniversary. The monthly cruise-in will feature antiques, classics, exotics, concepts and “any other cool cars.” The event is free. - Trident Technical College’s Department of Automotive Technology will host the 23rd Annual Spring Spin-Off Car Show 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on the college’s main campus, 7000 Rivers Ave. in North Charleston behind Building 800.
